for past 2 years my working hour is not fix.85% ill be working at night.This mean my entire body-clock has changed.During first few month i feel want to vomit and dizzy but later on it went away.but recently it comeback.i applied to get normal working hours, but my boss seems not looking it my way.aghhhh damn.
Working in different timezone mean ur time having meal is not consistent.Sometimes u just eat once or twice a day because most of the day u will just under your comforter.i used to have my so called bfast at 7pm and lunch at 12am.maybe if im not sleepy that morning ill go bfast around 7am.the rest will be just sleeping.
i live alone, so i dint have anyone to cook for me.90% of my meal is from "Kopitiam" - Hawker stall - fast food chain.Non of it look health.wtf - dats y i look like this..sigh...Lucky my house have complete kitchen so i can make simple meal frm it.
Here's the list of my unhealthy diet for past 2 years:
Bfast (6-7pm)
- Rice,fried chicken/fish, mix vege
- Curry Noodles
- ice lemon tea
Snack (9-11pm)
- sandwiches
- cookies
- bun
Lunch (12am)
- fried rice, chicken soup or tomyam
- steak (chiken/lamb/beef)
- fried noodles
- mix vege
- ice lemon tea
Bfast (630-830am)
- Nasi Lemak + egg + chiken
- Roti Canai
- Half boiled egg
- teh tarik
^Sleep^
If you go through once here, im pretty sure this doesnot look a healthy diet at all.huhuhuhu
