
Today its my 1st trial b4 i start my sessions.Its important for me to at least figure out where i am right now (too fat and no stamina at all - except for those things..u know wat im saying la aite? :-P )...ya "M" also gave me new name ... A's or Ace..haha sound cool aite.Thanks bro!!!
1st: BluePrint
* "M" sketch simple time-line which divide into 3 stages (1 month each),Every single month we have details plan on what area we want to explore.i listen to all the details but till now wat only in my head is "M: said he want to cut this here and there and build me up according to my posture.Then the word i most likely to hear is , on the last stages we will try to squeeze all the fat as far as we can from my systems.
2nd: Peek on the routine.
We proceed to the training ground behind of the gym, its where the Muay Thai class take on."M" show me a very simple stretch and warm up.....it called the "Circle of Pait" and hell for a guy who is never exercise for last 1 1/2 years is really pain in the ass!!!!
Circle of Pain: Run-Jump-Down-Box-Knee-Sprint....

We have games number to check my condition during the simple torture.This warm-up session really pull my leg muscle....but "M" is there pushing me with the encouraging words and he really know what im feeling after the run...dizziness, cool throat ..tired legs.he know exactly what happening to my body.and After 15 rounds my heart sound like this DUB DUB DUB!!!! that's sound fantastic.
3rd: Weight Lifting and Cooling Boxing
Everyday there are few recommendation training sets will be wrote down in the white board.So everyone will feel free to do it.I tried 3 training 'M" ask right after the circle of paint.Cant recall wats its call but those 3 initiate my chest and my abs.......aghhhhh shamely to say, i stop 2 time becouse i throw out.Never ever happen in mylife i throw out during weight lifting.damn man...so shame to myself.Take that ur lazy bumb!!!!
4th : Nutritional briefing
After complete the sets, i been brief by "M" what should i take into account in my daily diet.First: eat , eat and eat he said.make sure i have enough oil to burn in my system.I need protein and a lot of protein to repair my muscle after all the intense training.Then suddenly i feel want to throw out and quickly run to the locker room.aghhhhh this time worst than before......after few minutes, "M" show me the magic to me.Magic that rejuvenate and all those feeling of want to vomit gone...ughhhh relieve.this is use by all boxer and fighter during their fight as he claim.

So in the end of my 1st trial, i fail....now i know where iam.and still have 4 days before my session starts.I need to improve at least my stamina bcoz hell i don't want to vomit during my sessions.
