for past 2 years my working hour is not fix.85% ill be working at night.This mean my entire body-clock has changed.During first few month i feel want to vomit and dizzy but later on it went away.but recently it comeback.i applied to get normal working hours, but my boss seems not looking it my way.aghhhh damn.
Working in different timezone mean ur time having meal is not consistent.Sometimes u just eat once or twice a day because most of the day u will just under your comforter.i used to have my so called bfast at 7pm and lunch at 12am.maybe if im not sleepy that morning ill go bfast around 7am.the rest will be just sleeping.
i live alone, so i dint have anyone to cook for me.90% of my meal is from "Kopitiam" - Hawker stall - fast food chain.Non of it look health.wtf - dats y i look like this..sigh...Lucky my house have complete kitchen so i can make simple meal frm it.
Here's the list of my unhealthy diet for past 2 years:
Bfast (6-7pm)
- Rice,fried chicken/fish, mix vege
- Curry Noodles
- ice lemon tea
Snack (9-11pm)
- sandwiches
- cookies
- bun
Lunch (12am)
- fried rice, chicken soup or tomyam
- steak (chiken/lamb/beef)
- fried noodles
- mix vege
- ice lemon tea
Bfast (630-830am)
- Nasi Lemak + egg + chiken
- Roti Canai
- Half boiled egg
- teh tarik
^Sleep^
If you go through once here, im pretty sure this doesnot look a healthy diet at all.huhuhuhu

What is Nausea????
I make some research if there other people have same problem as me.Vomit during weight lifting.and surprisingly yes and i get 1.2millions results in googles.well its general problems for anyone who want to start works out i guess.
This problem generally known as "Exercise induced nausea"
its a feeling of sickness or vomiting which can occur shortly after exercise has stopped as well as during exercise itself. It may be a symptom of either over exertion during exercise, or from too abruptly ending an exercise session.(Wikipedia).
I also get few ideas why it happen to me last time compare to my previous experiences.I never feel and even want to vomit this recent years.So i figure out that actually last time i never had anything heavy before my morning workout.maybe small portion of oats but mostly i ran after eating banana and glass of juice.compare to my 1st trial few days back...i had teh tarik, 2 half boil eggs and toasted bread.i think after few runs on circle of pain everything mix up and coursed me this "nausea"
So my 1st experiment next morning , i will try to have orange juices and banana at least 30min before i start workout.
oya this morning, i did my 2nd trial.I did d something 'M" ask me to do in gym.and i didn't throw out, but the feeling is still there.im looking forward for this morning workout to see if my intention is correct.

My Name is A's : 1st Trial

Today its my 1st trial b4 i start my sessions.Its important for me to at least figure out where i am right now (too fat and no stamina at all - except for those things..u know wat im saying la aite? :-P )...ya "M" also gave me new name ... A's or Ace..haha sound cool aite.Thanks bro!!!
1st: BluePrint
* "M" sketch simple time-line which divide into 3 stages (1 month each),Every single month we have details plan on what area we want to explore.i listen to all the details but till now wat only in my head is "M: said he want to cut this here and there and build me up according to my posture.Then the word i most likely to hear is , on the last stages we will try to squeeze all the fat as far as we can from my systems.
2nd: Peek on the routine.
We proceed to the training ground behind of the gym, its where the Muay Thai class take on."M" show me a very simple stretch and warm up.....it called the "Circle of Pait" and hell for a guy who is never exercise for last 1 1/2 years is really pain in the ass!!!!
Circle of Pain: Run-Jump-Down-Box-Knee-Sprint....

We have games number to check my condition during the simple torture.This warm-up session really pull my leg muscle....but "M" is there pushing me with the encouraging words and he really know what im feeling after the run...dizziness, cool throat ..tired legs.he know exactly what happening to my body.and After 15 rounds my heart sound like this DUB DUB DUB!!!! that's sound fantastic.
3rd: Weight Lifting and Cooling Boxing
Everyday there are few recommendation training sets will be wrote down in the white board.So everyone will feel free to do it.I tried 3 training 'M" ask right after the circle of paint.Cant recall wats its call but those 3 initiate my chest and my abs.......aghhhhh shamely to say, i stop 2 time becouse i throw out.Never ever happen in mylife i throw out during weight lifting.damn man...so shame to myself.Take that ur lazy bumb!!!!
4th : Nutritional briefing
After complete the sets, i been brief by "M" what should i take into account in my daily diet.First: eat , eat and eat he said.make sure i have enough oil to burn in my system.I need protein and a lot of protein to repair my muscle after all the intense training.Then suddenly i feel want to throw out and quickly run to the locker room.aghhhhh this time worst than before......after few minutes, "M" show me the magic to me.Magic that rejuvenate and all those feeling of want to vomit gone...ughhhh relieve.this is use by all boxer and fighter during their fight as he claim.

So in the end of my 1st trial, i fail....now i know where iam.and still have 4 days before my session starts.I need to improve at least my stamina bcoz hell i don't want to vomit during my sessions.

Encounter : The Gym and Trainer
So this is where I'll give full commitment to shape back myself for next 3-6 months.The only gym i know going to give me full attention to their member achievement.

I was fascinate to meet in-person the gym owner "Murad Zaidi" when i watch him in my juniors fb.How he get there really make me curious.How d hell they can invite him there and he looks fishy.hahahaha

Farah give me a quick tour that morning.When she brief explained what this club intend to do in future.MMA sound fantastic to me.I always want to train like the mma way.How they drill and screw themselves in training really excite me.And they got the team here in this gym just waiting it to be officially legal in Malaysia.
"M" is interesting person.He told me whats his doing with my junior and how he appears to be there.I never met any trainer that have this huge interest to help their client.The way his words and way of supporting is few reasons why i want to train under him.

The Way I feel....
530am, i swallowed 2 panadol active fast and continue working in my workstations.its headache doing this all over again for past a month.Shoot, suddenly i realize got my first appointment with the gym in Shah Alam.I'm not sure whether i should go or just cancel it.but this 1 word making me driving down to the stadium this morning. A commitment.

It happen on last Sunday, i was watching the Asia Biggest Loser at Ipah's House. I wonder what happen to myself and kind miss few years back.i was big sizes few years back in my early college day. But its so happen i manage to cut down nearly 20kg with my own method in 3months somehow in my 2nd year. Everyone was surprise and not even recognized me back then but what u expect 90kg guy suddenly shed 20kg.hahahaha
After graduated, my working schedule make me forget on the routine i used to do. No more jogging, swimming or weight lifting. Sometimes i realize i can even see my feet from up here, but im too smart to make myself happy by saying relax you just need to workout a bit n you will be back in shape again. The question is do i have the time to workout?? you know the answer, if not im not going to write this down.hehehe
Whenever i went to college reunion or family gathering people will start saying , Azlan you gain more weight. Like typical Malaysian mouth .... cant u guys just stop your crappy mouth even you notice they changed. F***.Dont you know im not feeling comfortable B****!!!.Have you ever heard that i say your look like donkey or monkey??? aghhh Malaysian will never learn and they just don't know how other people feeling. For them it jokes. Jokes you Ass!!!!

Of course i my dreams is to have those lean and ripe muscle.i prefer to have the fighter body than those super bulky bodybuilder. I really want it .Watching those interview session in the biggest loser is like flashback to me, i really can understand what their feeling even im not as big as them. It's reminde me the feelin of trying to few shirts right before going out just to make sure it can cover my big belly.aghhhhh the frustration when trying to get fit into your favorite jeans,and of course the look of other people when you trying to eat less. Those cynical word that make me feel want to slap them right away.
Not to forget, the girls you want to be with discard us in the list just because we look pity in their eyes.damn!!!! this make me really want to shred this man.....
