
This problem generally known as "Exercise induced nausea"
its a feeling of sickness or vomiting which can occur shortly after exercise has stopped as well as during exercise itself. It may be a symptom of either over exertion during exercise, or from too abruptly ending an exercise session.(Wikipedia).
I also get few ideas why it happen to me last time compare to my previous experiences.I never feel and even want to vomit this recent years.So i figure out that actually last time i never had anything heavy before my morning workout.maybe small portion of oats but mostly i ran after eating banana and glass of juice.compare to my 1st trial few days back...i had teh tarik, 2 half boil eggs and toasted bread.i think after few runs on circle of pain everything mix up and coursed me this "nausea"

So my 1st experiment next morning , i will try to have orange juices and banana at least 30min before i start workout.

oya this morning, i did my 2nd trial.I did d something 'M" ask me to do in gym.and i didn't throw out, but the feeling is still there.im looking forward for this morning workout to see if my intention is correct.
